The group conducts only one fundraising effort per year which all families are expected to support to the best of their ability. Production and sale of 2,400kg of Christmas puddings. Production happens over 3 weekends in August, September and October and sales are finished by Christmas. This is not only an excellent fundraiser but encompasses all that scouting promotes.

Each days preparation session ends with a barbeque lunch. Profits from the christmas puddings covers
